Cultivate Home Mortgage is looking for driven, relationship-based Loan Originators in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for an Outside Sales role focused on growing production, deepening referral relationships, and making a real impact in the lives of homebuyers.

​

What You’ll Do

• Generate new mortgage business through real estate agents, past clients, referral partners, and community networking

• Build and strengthen long-term referral relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

• Convert leads into closed loans through strong follow-up, consultation, and service

• Help borrowers navigate the mortgage process and confidently choose the right loan solution

• Manage your pipeline from application to closing with urgency, communication, and professionalism

• Stay active in the market by attending events, meeting referral partners, and building your personal brand

• Deliver a high-level customer experience that creates future referrals and client loyalty

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in the state of Texas

• Mortgage loan origination experience preferred

• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan products

• Proven ability or strong desire to self-source business and build referral relationships

• Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship management skills

• Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines, systems, and compliance expectations
